We Invented the 90° Cable
Many people came to us in the beginning when we created the 11 mm tall Lay-Flat, low profile graphics card power supply cable. We foresaw the need for flatter-lying cables, for small form factor PC's and 1U Server Cases, way ahead of the curve. The initial investment made in designing and building the machine that trims the plastic so the wires can lie recessed in the housing was the hardest part.
If you inspect any product made by a different company or "Internet Seller," you will find they melt the plastic with a soldering iron and bury the wires into that cavity. Our housings are never deformed, and the proportions of the housing that lock the terminals in place are never defeated, then covered in layers of heat shrink to keep the wires from arcing and hide the ugliness of the work. Our machine cuts precise square notches, and the wires do not need to have layers of heat shrink to cover the craftsmanship.
