Terms and Conditions

· Return window: Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, for a refund or replacement. Custom products have different policies. There is a 25% restocking fee for all cables made for custom length, colors and made to work with custom power supplies, when special wirings is needed or when the return is for remorseful reasons such as, I ordered the wrong cable/part, I thought it was what I needed but I discovered I needed a different version & reasons like, I no longer need the item, etc.

· RMA required: An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is required for remorseful returns and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

· Condition of return: Items must be in their original condition, including all accessories, in non-damaged condition, for a full refund.

· Restocking fees: A 25% restocking fee may be deducted from your refund for certain returns, especially if the product is not defective. He offer retail packaging for placing individual cables on hangers or display shelving upon request for an additional cost for those packaging materials. We ship all products in Brown Box condition in bulk, to cut costs to customers, when all they will do is toss the packaging in the trash as soon as they get the product for use. It is becoming the norm for all online sellers to ship in unmarked, bulk order packaging.

· Shipping costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or was not what was shown on the website. If you are responsible for shipping and Kareon Kables initially covered it, the cost will be deducted from your refund.
